Fine Art Prints The images in our galleries may be purchased as fine art prints. We offer three different choices depending on the customers needs. The photographs may be purchased either as basic prints or mounted and matted or completely framed. The frames we use are high quality wood frames either in a black, natural wood or a cherry finish. Soon, we will post some examples of our frames for you to visually see the finished result.Custom frames are also available either with exotic woods or metal - just request either through email or state in the order. Custom frames are at an additional cost. Please contact me for more information. All prints whether they are framed, matted and mounted or just basic prints are custom prepared and shipped directly to you. All framed prints are ready to hang, matted and mounted prints are ready to be placed in a standard size frame of your choice and basic prints are ready to be matted, mounted and framed. All materials we use are custom selected by us for highest quality. All Prints are Limited Editions All fine art prints we sell are hand signed by the photographer, Philip Kuglin, and hand serial numbered. We do this on both the print and on the matte board (if provided). We use an archival ink pen to assure that no harm comes to your investment. All prints are limited in quantity. Prints under 15x22 are limited to 250 prints total (all sizes combined). All prints 15x22 and up are limited to 100 prints total (all sizes combined). The low number of prints guarantees that your investment is highly collectible and has the most chance of increasing in value. Once a image reaches its maximum print count is archived and retired never to be sold again. The Printing Process These original Amazing Scenery prints are produced using the latest in digital printing technology. All prints less than 17" on the shortest side are printed using the Epson 4000 which uses Epson UltraChrome inks. All prints larger than 17" (up to 24") on the shortest side are printed on the HP 130NR using HP dye inks. Either are rated at 70+ years of fade resistance. The Epson Ultra Chrome inks incorporate high density pigments that result in exceptional print permanence characteristics and light fastness ratings. They are also produce exceptional prints on cotton rag (watercolor type) paper. We use depending on the customers needs either Moab Entrada Fine Art, Epson UltraSmooth Fine Art paper or Epson Premium Luster Photo paper for prints from the Epson 4000. Moab's Entrada Fine Art is heavyweight museum quality paper which is acid-free and 100% cotton rag. It has a natural, non-glare matte surface for exceptional color and detail. Epson's UltraSmooth Fine Art paper is acid free, 100% cotton hot press paper that is coated on both sides for extra versatility and comes in an ultra smooth finish. Epson's Premium Luster Photo paper is traditional luster photo paper which produces vivid, lifelike images that rival those of traditional silver halide prints. Premium Luster Photo Paper delivers highly saturated prints by offering maximum ink coverage and a high D-Max for true photographic reproductions. On prints larger than 17" on the smallest side we use HP Premium Plus Satin Photo Paper which delivers beautiful fade-resistant prints, consistent quality and the color stability professionals demand. This premium glossy professional photo media delivers prints that resist fading for approximately 70 years. If the paper type is not specified in the order we default the paper to either Epson Premium Luster or HP Premium Plus Satin depending on the printer used. All the digital pints we produce use inks and paper that under normal exhibition conditions will retain their color and radiance for 60 years without fading or color shifting. We intend for these prints to last you for a lifetime of enjoyment. We inspect every print to completely assure every print conforms to our high standards, so much so we guarantee it. The Mounting Process After the print is created we mount the print using a standard professional matting process. We use only acid-free museum quality mounting board and mount the print using double T hinges. This proven professional technique provides a strong protective backing while allowing the print to hang naturally, expanding or contracting with environmental changes. Once mounted we matte the print with a double mat using Museum Grade Matboard. All components of this matboard are 100% acid-free and are offered in two color choices: Polar White (bright white) or French White (off white). Other colors are available by request - see the Crescent Museum Grade MatBoard selector for more information. Please state your matboard choice in the order, if it isn't stated we will pick from the two above choices based on the print. Next, we install the matted and mounted print in a specially selected frame. We offer wood frames either in a black, natural wood or a cherry finish. We also offer metal frames or custom frames by special request. Please contact us for more information. We seal the back of the frame with paper and provide standard wire hanging hardware. A special seal is placed on this paper backing to assure you this framed fine art print is from us and it must be un-broken to receive the lifetime framing guarantee.
